The truthabout the truth

OK, let us take a closer look at this thing called truth. I wish, here, to give my compliments to you, for continuing on to learn more about something that literally scares the hell out of most folks of the world, today.

For Most, the day consists of getting up in the morning, catching some news, coffee, and/or breakfast before setting off for the days adventures. ( Not necessarily in that particular order!)

Concerning the news part of the day, included is any extraneous information that comes into our senses every moment. We even subconsciously take information that lies out there in the world. A perfect example was yesterday, when a dear friend that works for a well known donut chain, was

asked by her boss to go out to the small parking lot around the building and pick up trash. As she proceeded to fill en entire large trash bag full of the disgusting scraps, butts, and lord knows what!, she came to the obvious conclusion that people are pigs.

I silently sat thinking to myself, * some * people are pigs. People like you and your boss make the difference to try and correct the former fact. So, in my silence, I believe she got a hold of the same thought, because she quickly noted that she also noticed that so many people driving by in the drive thru were giving her a thumbs up and a smile and thanks. How ironic, huh? Not *everybody* is a pig.

It is so important, in my opinion to be careful of how we perceive the world. Regardless of the state of the world, there are countless good things happening simultaneously. What if we also consider that perhaps the deed of my friend going out there with her trash stick, everyday, may prompt a few of the pigs that do exist to take notice and be forced to think before dropping that donut wrapper, or dumping an ashtray full of butts out on the pavement. Just maybe.

So my standing story sticks when I say there are three sides to every story

Your side, my side and the truth.

In the case of the dirty donut joint, the employee's side is all people are pigs; my side is that only some people are pigs, and the truth is that the pigs themselves usually don't even care or realize that they are pigs!

The pigs have long ago lost the ability to see that everything that they do has an effect on the world.

Ornery people have no idea, sad people have no idea, angry people have no idea, and the list goes on and on. Never the less, each one has an effect of their behavior left on the world.

It's a physical and natural law that a cause has an effect. The cause of Someone's dirty habits has an effect on people’s opinion of the whole world, and it just makes things ugly.

The cause of someone picking up someone's trash has the effect of making some others think twice about being pigs and it makes the place look nicer.

I believe people's hopelessness of how the world works has been spiraling downward for so long. To the naked eye, it still seems hopeless, but if we use another sense...

The law of attraction. The Secret. power of intention. All go along the lines of this law. What you cause, you will create. What you truly believe is what comes into being.

When my friend sensed the world like it was chock full of pigs, it looked pretty bad. When she sensed it like people were appreciating her contribution, the world looked better and she was able to look at the finally clean parking lot with a sense of accomplishment and pride. Like she had made a difference.

Man, it's so simple and there are countless examples of this exact thing everywhere around us.

If we take the time to do and become a part of the solution, we will each stop being a part of the problem.

Take the day today, and try to consciously sense when you feel those constant feelings of hopelessness or anger. Sense the frustration of so many around us that feel the same way. Sense that by your taking a different approach, you also help calm those around you.

Turn it around and think of how you can do something to change someone else's perception of the truth.

When a sales clerk or customer service representative seems to be giving you an attitude today, take the time to *kindly*say that you are very sorry they are having a bad day, but “I am not sure what caused your frustration. Please, could we start again, and I will explain what I would like

you to do to help me. and I'll be on my way. And don't forget to smile. It really throws them for a loop

and usually turns the situation around in a hurry.

We all react to anger and frustration the same way. We react with the same emotions in defense of our own feelings.

We should take the time to remember that whatever made that person be in the mood they are in, probably has nothing to do with you. More than likely, they had a spat with their spouse, or had an

irate boss come at them that day, or countless other things that may be going on in that person’s life.
Visit to learn how not to take everything so personally:

I'm not saying we can excuse anyone for bad behavior, but we can make an attempt to help that person recognize that they may be acting inappropriately
It is very important to remember to do everything in a kind way. Trying to make anyone listen to your thoughts with the use of anger or sarcasm will not get the message across. It will only add to the effect of the negative cause.

So simple. Think it over today, when you feel your mind going to that negative place in it's view of the world. Think about how your negative thoughts add to the whole mix, whether we care about it or not.

Most often the person has no clue that their actions are affecting you so badly.

A million and one reasons make a person act the way they do, and our own reason that we are offended is definitely not a good enough one to change that person over night. But, we can plant a seed, and one at a time we can all begin to see the truth of the world.

It made a difference for that one

By Andy Thomas

One morning, I went out for my daily sunrise walk on the beach. Off in the distance, I could see someone pick something up off the beach, wade a little
ways into the ocean and then toss the object into the water.

Then, the person, who appeared to be a small boy, picked up another object and tossed it also into the sea. He continued to do this as I walked. As I approached,
I saw that he was picking up starfish. I stopped and asked him why he was doing this. The boy explained that the starfish were stranded and that in another
hour or two they would dry up and die. He was saving their lives.

The innocence of youth, I thought. I told him that there were thousands of starfish on the beach, and he couldn't possibly make a difference. The kid stopped
and looked down, as if to study the water that washed over our bare feet. Then He walked over and picked up another starfish, waded into the sea and tossed
it in.

"Sir," he said, pointing into the sea. "Yes," I answered. He continued, "It made a difference for that one."

Guess What? You're Happy

Each person has his own path to love and peace in the true sense of the words. Not love and peace like in

the 70s, but a more practical realistic , and mind altering substanceless, way of becoming conscious and

aware. Conscious and aware of one’s own ability to create happiness on a continuous basis.

Sounds impossible, I know, but absolutely true!

Each and every one of us is born of the circumstances under which we were created. In other words, we

have a core being that can not be changed, but can be conditioned in a way to be completely balanced in whatever the world may bring.

The conditions of circumstance can be as horrible as a birth defect, or as simple as having the genes of an

angry German.

If self-awareness, and consciousness is nurtured from birth, our core being grows basically in spirit and

therefore consciousness exists. When the opposite happens, and a baby at any point is not taught these

things, he becomes unbalanced by merely reacting to a fearful, or threatening occurance in his life. He

sees things from a different and untrue perception. He becomes threatened that something is going to be

taken, or fearful that he is not going to get his way or what he wants.
If this imbalance happens, We must be inspired to believe the truth that things aren’t really like they seem.

To see our truth as it really is, we only must work with some sort of spirit, or such to make us go. We may

kind of need a purpose, or a reason to keep going. Otherwise, it seems senseless. Senselessness creates

depression and despair in the human mind.

We must have a way to find a reason to keep going.

The best and quickest path to finding this “inspiration” or spirit, is truth. This is why Jesus called himself

“the truth and the way”. Now, don’t run away, I am not asking you to even consider believing in Him, if you

don’t.

The way refers to the path; the path of truth.
Most believe this means we must bow down and worship Christ as a “god” or God, himself. No, not at all,

but I believe instead The claim can be understood to be this: how he is, the sinless being, is the way to

peace and love.

The word sinless is often misused. To be sinless, is to be impeccable. It means to say what you mean and

mean what you say. Be without blame. Keep your word, or do your best to do so. Be who you say you are. Learn always to

tell the truth. Often times, we don’t see that we lie to ourselves or others. When someone tells us the

truth about ourselves, we jump to the defense, not realizing that if we are open about the idea, there may

be a little truth to it.

Now of course we can rarely be sinless like Jesus. Whether real or only a story of morality, makes no

difference what you believe, he is the true model of love and peace. We must only wish to be like him and

we will automatically always want to live like his teachings say.

This idea of spirit ends up being born from our gift we give back to life if we choose to. Otherwise

known as free will. When we free our will, we realize we don’t want the stress, anger, frustration, and

chaos we have in our lives. The process of removing these things will usually be a long and sort of painful

thing to do. In the end, however, all the negative is gone. It doesn’t come back because we continue to

go to bed each night and recall any misdeeds we did that day, and go back and make it right ASAP.

We then never have to go to bed with anything but sweet dreams and visions in our heads.

When we find what truly makes our hearts sing, we truly find our gift and purpose. Then
guess what? … You’re happy.

A Place In The Soul

Someday, after we have mastered the winds, the
waves, the
tides and gravity, we shall harness for God the energies o.
love. Then, for the second time in the history of the world mankind
will have discovered fire.
--Pierre Teilhard de Chardii

A secret to my inner most soul:

Surrender thoughts of finding a goal.

Love and service. A heart yearns to give,

The hope to others to just want to live.

The yearning gives birth to desire;

Desire to creation from fire.

Live in a way that no eye has seen

No heart has felt,

no body has been ...

Is to where we ultimately grow,

a place in the soul where no shadows show?

All lyrics written by Marcangelo Perricelli. Copyright and published by Masterson Music, BMI

THE ANOMALY ©2006 Marcangelo Perricelli (From the EP entitled “The Anomaly”)

(The Teacher, and in his confusion he speaks)

Haze in the distance tonight
When you see the dream, is its vision in sight
So, hold it tight,
Oh hold it tight
As you feel the wind on your back

Will you soar through the air
Will the sun lead you there, so it goes
Travel deep in your mind
As you search... and you find

(The Seeker, enveloped in the perverbial question)

All the treasures that lie here
All the one’s that said good-bye
Are their spirits burning?
Are we still learning?
Does the sound escape in the night?

Soon the light does shine on me
Watch it sparkle and fall from the sky
Are we still learning?
Are we discerning?
As the darkeness is cast on the light

As it frightens, it enlightens

(The Spectator, he awaits a calling)

Not much has changed
So misunderstood, but things keep going my way
Confronted day by day, just leave me alone, I’ve not much to say

Here in my dark-lit room
Time exists with no end
The demons are so lonely, Just waiting for an end

Lay me out in darkness
The time has arrived, as long as we’re here
Something strong within me, reflecting the light, it’s blinding you see

Take me to the rapture
Deliver all that will be
We'll see it together, as we drop to our knees

He Told Me

I talked to my God

I told him I wanted to have my vision back

He told me "you can't"

I told him I wanted to find my way

He told me "You can't"

I told him I wanted to have a strong will

He told me "you can't"

I told him I wanted to feel his love

he told me " You can't

I then told him "God, I swear if you give me these things I will promise to try and help all those in the world that cross my path"

He told me "I can't"

I pondered, struggled, and cried

He gently broke through my sobs and told me" My child, I did not say may not, I said can not"

" You can not because you don't believe you can"

"When you believe you can, you'll see that all these things and more already are what you want them to be

Live And Let Nature Sort It Out

I have spent a signifigant amount of time in the company of some rather, let's say, unpleasant people in the world.

This ranges from angry, impatient customers in the retail business, to intolerant people in their own countries who hate Americans , all the way down to some of the cruelest minds roaming the thug/drug world.

These drug dealers would just as soon put a bullet in your head, as they would spit on the sidewalk. They wouldn't even skip a beat in what they were presently occupied doing.

Modern day, yet emotionally identical to, the old movie versions of "the Godfather" .

In a spiritual realm, these brothers of ours are just as understood as we are when we do the things we do wrong.

Hold on there, don't get all excited! I am not suggesting that you are just as "bad" as any of these characters, I'm just stating a fact, that each person has a free will in this world to do whatever the hell he feels like. Each person will then reap the rewards or consequences of what he does.

By us holding to others actions, and desiring revenge or justice, we only raise our own blood pressures. We solve nothing about that person's behavior, or how that person believes.

By letting the water run right off the duck's back, we will not further the negative emotions. We will not eliminate them from the other person, but we won't worsen them.

Now let's go back a little further in time. Maybe back to that person's time in his mother's womb. This woman is being abused by her alcoholic husband, and gets beaten regularly.

It is proven scientifically that a fetus in the womb reacts to a mother's pleasure or pain, respectively. It would make sense that that baby is hurting when this mother gets hurt.

After 8 or 9 months of this, anyone is going to come out just simply pissed off.

If the effects of this past are not reversed by the exclusive presence of love and balance in his life, he will stay pissed off for the rest of his life.

OK, this all may not be completely convincing.

How can I possibly suggest that we just forgive and forget all people and situation that causes us some kind of discomfort or harm? Yeah, I'm nuts.

Nuts, but happy nuts none theless. happy.

I had never before found this in my life when I was just getting pissed, feeling like I wasn't getting my fair due, couldn't get a break, the whole world was wrong, and I wanted justice, damn it!

When we think this way we will reap the appropriate woes that result from our behavior and thoughts.

This will include difficult relationships, meager living, unhappiness, endless negatives, if he is not living up to his full potential.

In my realm, full potential means a few very simple, logical things.

First, always give yourself the credit of having done the b
est that one could do.

Often if in a difficult circumstance in life, we will fall back, and feel depressed or discouraged that we do not have the ability tohandle something.

This prefabricated truth will keep us from even getting up off the couch to try.

What we must understand is that sometimes getting out of bed to get to the couch was the best we could muster that day.

The next day, however, if we do not at least find "one" task to complete, just because we "don't feel like it", well, that just isn't the best" you could do that day.

Therefore, things will not get better.

If we start to look at things from a different perspective, for example, someone else's point of view, we can get less angry or frustrated with "stupid people"

So what I think I'm trying to say here is this:

If we can each just do the best we can do today to not react to the world, and instead respond with our own understanding and kindness we will see the world in a whole other way.

This is true even when we feel the others behavior is unwarrented. When we hear someone ranting and raving, try to let the person know that you understand their frustration, but their frustration and sometimes anger doesn't help any situation. Help them, perhaps, find another solution or advice for their dilemma.

I always love help from my friends who make me realize my foul mood before it worsens. One in particular, friend I know, responds to my sometimes critical nature, with anger. I always must apologize to make him come around. It's just a ritual that was started about 17 years ago, and his ego keeps him at bay. He runs from my world of discovery and inspiration like a moth from a flame. Today, luckily, I am no longer a moth drawn to flame of illusion . For years it burned my wings. Today, my new way of looking at the world, it's inhabitants, events, changes, and love, has given e brand new wings to help me rise above it all.

To rise above and give the best I can give today. Don't hate me if that's not always up to the world's standards. *smile*

Flying In Time

I've said before The words I desire
Come not from The mountain But from Spirits higher

They state at each night's final hour
Just for tonight I'll be Here forever more.

Alas, forever is an impish wonder
demonish intent in its sights;
keeps human souls asunder
Darkness in each night

The spirit asks,
"Be mine forever, just for tonight?"
Knowing that a moment is only now-
devour each with grateful sate

Moments are but pearls strung
one by one along paths of glory
unconditionally given to all spirit,
As it tells a boundless story.

If the string breaks,
Letting fall pearls along the floor of light
Fear not the pearls have not changed.
only has time been set aflight.
